A) Sycamore - reduce crown by 30% to previous cut level, clean out crossing branches and dead wood - Reshape to suitable lateral shoots. B) Bramley Apple - reduce to previous cut level, clean out - Reshape as necessary. C) Orchard Apple - Lightly thin crown, clean out deadwood. D) Yew - lightly thin crown and clean out deadwood.

The mulberry tree in the front garden to have the height reduced to approximately 5m by removing central vertical branches that are dying back. Reduce canopy spread to a radius of approximately 2m from the base of the tree. Cut out and remove any other dead branches. Yew tree in rear garden. T1 Lawson Cypress T2 Cherry T3 Thuja: all three trees to be removed to gain more natural light to property. T1 is too close to the dwelling.

Dead Hawthorn tree, front garden: Fell

Tree Species: Cherry Tree Planned works: Tree to be felled. New replacement tree to be planted within existing grounds. The Cherry Tree has grown very tall and is creating excessive shading for the new build property. It is also host to a Wisteria that is well established and is strangling the tree.
