Trees Fence Boundary
DM/0429/22/TCA | Works to a tree in a Conservation Area

Scartho Hall Matthew Telford Park Grimsby North East Lincolnshire DN33 2DU

Trees overhang the site adjacent to what will be Juniper way on the Kings Park site at Scartho top. Trees are a mixture of hardwoods including Cherry, Ash and Sycamore. Lift the crowns on the site side only to 4 meters and reduce the remaining crown back to the boundary fence line. No height will be reduced from the trees. Cut back to suitable secondary growth points and maintain a flowing line for trees canopy. Within the site running along what is currently used as storage for excess soil there are a number of 'self set' trees of smaller diameter that we intend to remove, these trees are running along the current fence and impede the new feather edged internal fence from being continued to the end of the site. These trees within the site mainly consist of Birch, Cherry and Elm (many of which are dead or in decline, speaking of the elm of course).

28 Lambert Road Grimsby North East Lincolnshire DN32 0HT

Request permission for removal of tree at our address due to poor condition (see attached photos). There is a fungus in two areas which are different types. One is a disc shape at the bottom of the trunk and the other a more orange looking one on lower branch. The tree has a split in the back of it which has allowed water to get in and is full of fibrous material. One of the photos shows the tree is near the boundary of numbers 28 and 30 Lambert Road, but you can see the boundary at the moment as the fence is in the process of being replaced. I am unsure what species the tree is, but I have been told its condition is not good.
