Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

Please find the application for works for the encroachment of the sycamore tree over the neighbor's property (Grosvenor house), to reduce the sycamore tree to 3.4 meters from the base and 2 meters from the boundary wall.

1) Pine tree, approximately 20 feet from the back of our property in the back: Fell or partial removal. Reason: dying/dead 2) Cedar tree overhangs from our neighbours property at 76 Station Road: remove over extending branch overhanging out summer house. x2 other branches, that overhangs our garden, cut back to boundary. Reason The branch in question is directly attached to the main trunk which has a large split. Stop the excessive mounds of pigeon excrement being dropped directly onto our outdoor eating/entertainment area.

Tree 1: Spruce: Removal Tree 2: Magnolia: Removal of 5 lowest branches pruning back to stem. Pruning back by approximately 1m (To secondary growth points) of branches closest to house.

T1 Horse Chestnut approx 15m. We recently visited this property to attend to a large limb failure across the road into the adjacent garden which damaged the adjacent property. This limb failed at around 10 feet from the ground where water has accumulated over the years and weakened the joint. There are four limbs which the owners are concerned about, which overhang Bargate Avenue and the care home porch. The crown of the tree is in a bad way from leaf minor and drought among other things including lack of maintenance. The owners are asking permission to pollard this tree to approx 25 ft. They are concerned about further limb failures causing possible damage to property and possible injury to members of the public and residents.

T1: Lime (next to house): crown lift over roadside to 5m. Prune back to give 2.5m clearance of building. T2: Chestnut : re pollard back to previous points at approximately 7m. (Major dead in upper crown) T3: lime: crown lift over roadside to 5m.

Yew tree left hand side of 6 Welholme Avenue: raise canopy to final height of 4m. Reduce canopy spread to give 2.5m clearance of building. Conifer hedge at side of Hazelmere House apartments: raise canopy to 7ft, trim back remaining side.
