Proposed demolition of two timber single storey sheds and the erection of a single storey extension to rear elevation and part of the side elevation to form new bathroom and bedroom accommodation, over cladding of existing brickwork with timber cladding and associated external works (Amended description)

ANGLIAN WATER LITTLECOATES 464910 pollard T1 Lime (Tilia x europaea) and to fell to ground level T2 Ash (Fraxinus excelsior). Both T1 and T2 are overhanging properties on Chelmsford Avenue. T1 Lime has extensive dead wood in the crown and is located directly above shed/greenhouse of 52 Chelmsford Avenue. T2 Ash has evidence of Hymen scyphus Fraxinus, with some limbs having already failed in the crown. Following the trees removal, tree replanting will be carried out in the next replanting season. Please kindly advise species for replanting.
