Remove deadwood to W over pavement greater than 50mm diameter. Remove fire damaged limb extending from 5.5m to W over highway. Reduce fire damaged limb extending from 3/3.5m agl to N from current height of 13m to 10m. Reprune recent works to conform to BS3998. Lift crown from 4m to 5.5m over highway. Reduce crown spread to N from 10m to 8m, to NE from 11m to 8.5m, and prune to provide 3m clearance from dwelling to E. Restore ground level to E of stem to original height.

Pine tree; reduce height to 15m and reduce canopy spread to 3m radius. Reason; concern over size of trees and proximity to dwelling.

x5 Sycamore trees; cut canopy back to a point 9m from the Dwelling, reduce height to 10m, in line with height of dwelling Reason: excessive shading.

[T1] Purple Flowering Cherry Tree on Front boundary - Sectionally dismantle, stump to be left as low as possible. Branches tend to fall near front door. Young children live in household so becomes dangerous when entering the home. Also creates excessive shading into Hallway and landing and provides low amenity value to the household. [T2] Cherry Tree on back boundary. Reduce canopy by 30%. Reshape accordingly. [T3] Copper Beech on side boundary (Devonshire Avenue side). Cut back away from dwelling.

T1 Sycamore on land managed by the Old Clee Preservation Society: Removal of branch as indicated in the supporting photograph. Reduce lateral canopy spread on south east side to a minimum of 3.5m from the base of the tree, cutting back to viable secondary growth points. T2 Sycamore adjacent driveway: Reduce lateral growth back from dwelling to create a maximum of 2m clearance between trees canopy and the dwelling, cutting back to viable secondary growth points.
