T1 - Lime - Remove epicormic shoots from base of tree, remove ivy from trunk and raise crown to 2m above garage roof. (approx. 5 - 6m from ground level) G2 - Fell 3no. small Holly trees in front garden and prune remaining large Holly tree to a conical shape.

T1 & T2 = Large Sycamore Trees, Crown Lift to 7.5m to clear property roof and guttering and allow more light into the garden. T3 Large Ash tree, remove 5 branches (as per marked on enclosed photo) to allow more light into garden. T4 Large Birch, remove deadwood.

Tagged Ash tree 535 and other additional Sycamore and Ash to the west of the building. Lone sycamore situated behind building with red roof to right of tagged tree. remaining trees to left of tagged tree down side of larger building. Crown lift to clear gutter height and reduce back any higher branches to reduce risk of future roof damage. Sever ivy on all trees to 1.5m 7656 group of two Sycamore trees : Sever and clear Ivy from ground to 1.5m. 17857 Sycamore and Ash Trees adjacent to wooden footbridge: Remove dead wood.

Listed building consent to demolish outbuilding at rear including removal of tree. Partial replacement of existing roof covering to annexe with polyester felting system and associated works.
