Holly tree, within boundary with No.20: Fell

T1 Oak: Fell, tree is causing excessive shade to both the property and neighbouring property. No structural survey has been undertaken at this point in time however, hairline cracks are visible on the brick work of the conservatory (please see attached pictures). The resident is willing to have a structural engineer provide a report should this be required. A replacement 6ft standard Oak tree would be planted on the same boundary in the rear garden, a suitable distance from both properties.

Work specification: create access corridor between the Abbey road access and the Welholme Avenue access, maximum height clearance above ground level 5m maximum width 5m. Welholme Avenue access: Canopy lift to Lime tree, removing minor branches at stem and Beech removing descending branches. Yew tree in adjacent property, cut back to boundary. Abbey Road access: cut back all encroaching vegetation. Yew tree within site, lift canopy over access route.

T.1 ash tree at the rear along the boundary to be pollarded leaving it a height of 15m to regenerate. Reason: history of branch failure

T1 Cypress tree closest to rear boundary, Fell. tree is causing excessive shading to both neighbouring properties causing an ongoing dispute. Tree has been previously 'topped' and has also been previously approved for removal although, clearly, this work wasn't carried out. T2 Cypress tree, Fell part of group causing excessive shading T3 Cypress tree, Fell closest to garage, tree causing excessive shading to neighbouring property and has a number of broken limbs, as shown in pictures, from wind damage. T4 Alder tree, Reduce height from around 10 meters to 8 meters and the trees width from 7 meters to between 3.5 and 4 meters supressed by Cypress (T3) once trees are removed the alder will appear misshapen and one sided. To alleviate stress on the tree and susceptibility to possible wind damage due to its new exposure we wish to reduce the crown of the alder. to promote a flowing line and will be cut back to suitable secondary growth.

Group of 4 Field Maples adjacent to 22 The Cherries: canopy lift to 4.5m, reduce canopy from boundary to 2m. Reason: the trees are contacting the gable end.

Ash tree, as indicated in photo; remove two lowest limbs growing over neighbours garden, reduce remaining canopy back to boundary line.
