Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) as granted on DM/1024/18/FUL (Change of use from flats and shop to bar at ground floor, flats to restaurant at first floor, partial demolition and erection of two storey extension to the rear, conversion of roof space at third floor to create additional flat to include dormers to front with various internal and external alterations) to retain bar / restaurant at ground floor, change the use of the first floor, second floor and roof space to five flats, omit two storey extension to rear and extend the rear dormer with various internal and external alterations including the shopfront and front elevation window styles (AMENDED DESCRIPTION)

Demolish existing utility, erect two storey rear extension to include roof lights, install first floor dormer to side, erect side extension to create porch, partial conversion of roof space to provide store to front with roof lights and alterations to roof on existing garage (Amended Plans received 22nd June 2020 and Amended Description)
