Amended works specification T1 Yew has been withdrawn for the 211 Notice and no longer to be considered. 2. Ash tree - the proposal is for it to be felled- in the corner of the front garden- its branches overhang onto the roundabout and this is a hazard as er have witnesses lorries hit the branches as they are driving. * the way the tree is growing is that is pushing against the fence which will over time be damaged by the tree * the tree blocks out much light in the front room - hence room is always cold- mould in it last Winter * do not plan to replace - it is on a corner and hazardous to oncoming traffic at the roundabout- nor do we want the fence to be compromised as it is being now 3- Holly tree- would like this to be felled- it has a * low amenity value- blocks out light and we had to have a holly tree felled years ago as it was bending towards the roof of the house and a health and safety hazard

Propose cutting back branches that touch my house and or overhanging my garden to help stop the 'resin' fallout making my footpaths, summer house, fence, roof ect very sticky - it is very messy and probably unhealthy it is also diseased - leaves fall out in spring and are 'crinkly'. Erect single storey conservatory and car port to sides, raise height of garage roof, replace fencing to front boundary, install driveway gates and pedestrian access gate and remove existing tree at front of property

Chestnut (T2)- Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Canopy spread is large and conkers dropping from the branches have caused damage to conservatory roof (photos attached). Also crack to garage floor which is believed to be from roots of trees. Sycamore (T1) - Reduce canopy spread to fence boundary. Overhanging drive.
