Conversion & alterations (including insertions of dormer windows in roof) of approved attached garage & gym to form garage on ground floor with home office to first floor together with retrospective consent for erection of flat roof porch between existing utility room & approved caravan store.

Proposed alterations to existing dormer windows and an additional Velux roof light on the front elevation (South).

Demolition of kitchen, wood store, porch, conservatory and dormer. Re-roofing and provision of rooflights. Replacement doors & windows, single storey front (porch), side and rear extensions with internal conversion works and decking to rear. Erection of detached double garage and 1.8m close boarded fence (part retrospective).

Application to vary condition 13 (approved plans) re planning permission 16/0970/FUL (erection of 2no. dwellings and associated garages). Unit 2 replace rooflight on north facing elevation with a dormer, larger window to north facing gable and enlargement of single storey utility and change roof from monopitch to hipped.
