Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/19/1836 (Conversion of a barn and out buildings to 2 no.detached dwellings with associated works) to amend plans; (1) to reduce the extent of retained and repaired concrete hard standing and increase the planting and garden area associated with the Barn 2 development, (2) move the Barn 2 entrance to the wider part of the corridor link to improve internal circulation, (3) to replace the proposed timber cladding material with a more contemporary metal-clad finish to further enhance the modern look of the development
