T1- sycamore tree located near the new build to be felled because the tree is showing signs of decline in the canopy. Badly damaged at the base of the tree by a digger. Mixture of lime and sycamore trees along the boundary fence line to have the lowest branches removed and to reduce the higher overhanging branches away from the new extension by approximately 2.5m to suitable growing points

Paper Birch- fell because of inappropriate positioning leading to excessive shading of property and demise of Yew hedge below. Tree species not in keeping with local environment. Extend existing Yew hedge and plant 3 x oak trees along northern property boundary.
