T1 The (13.5m) Beech tree situated in the corner of the garden along the boundary with the school we would reduce the extended limbs and branches of the crown to shape and avoid any wind throw failures. This would entail reducing the side growth and the top to shape and form a better crown structure. T3 The (11m) Silver Birch next to the Rowan (T2) we would remove and reduce a few branches to free the Rowan up which is being suppressed underneath. Approximately reducing branches by 2-2.5m T4 Remove to approximately ground level the (11.2m) Beech tree close to the house - See images for rooting and proximity. T5 The next (11m) Silver Birch we would reduce three of the extended limbs growing over your roof by up to 2.5m T6 The neighbours (12m) Sweet Chestnut we would reduce the crown which is growing over your greenhouse by up to 3m to allow use of this building. We have agreed this scope with the owner of this tree.

The largest tree is a sycamore (B on plan). Next to that is a lime tree (A on plan). These are up against neighbours outbuildings (1 brick,1 timber), pushing against the walls and roof of the buildings. These concerns were raised to us by the neighbours. When following up the neighbours concerns with an inspection we also found 5 meters to the south is a second sycamore, growing at the base to another boundary wall. (C on plan) These 3 trees have all self seeded in the last 3-5 years. The work to be carried out is removal of the 3 trees to ground level to prevent further property damage. Upon trunk removal, if stump removal is necessary this will be carried out. Large wood to be carted away, smaller branches will be chipped and spread.

New direct connection to the Anglian Water main sewer at the front of our property in Mill Road, Briston. We currently have collapsed drains beyond our boundary with no access to the sewer (directly or indirectly). We wish to employ a certified contractor to make the connection and our proposal is to connect the existing drains at the rear of the property using new trenching and pipework that will be across our gardens, under the front wall to the sewer. Additionally, cap off the old collapsed drain pipe on our side of the boundary. Further to manage the rear roof rainwater to construct a soak away to split out this from the sewer connection. We do not expect to have to impact the fabric of the building
