The trees affected by these works are covered within TPO 99 0656. Having consulted with an arboricultural consultant the proposed measures to ensure that works can be reasonably progressed are as per, Ravencroft Arboricultural Services Arboricultural Method Statement - Project Number PP/NWHCS/AMS/01 - Drawing No 151123/01 Rev C. The proposed works include the following items of work, 1. Removal of concrete slab and foundations to substantially demolished building. 2. Demolition and removal of existing dilapidated gas meter housing 3. Subject to existence and nature of any tree roots encountered in connection with the above it is proposed that the areas affected by these works be reinstated to include 2 No disabled parking bays (construction details typically as per included within this Planning Application), and / or soft landscaping. 4. Supply and installation of new housing to existing gas meter etc. 5. Separate to the above it is proposed to install a timber and concrete post approximately 10m in length to provide a visual screen adjacent temporary structure. (It is anticipated that there will be some adjustment to existing levels - it is intended that any changes to existing ground levels be kept to a minimum albeit in the event that the works do incorporate 2 No new disabled parking bays then the finish levels will need to be reasonably practicable and not " steep / excessively steep")

T1 Silver Birch clump- reduce height to approx 9m and reduce crown width to approx 2m from trunk- T2 Silver Birch- reduce height to approx 8m

T1 - Macrocarpa, Remove - T2 - Pine, Remove - T3 -Spruce, Remove Replace with 1 oak tree and two garden ornamental trees to be agreed with Tree Officer

T1 Birch - Reduce Canopy by 30% 4m to 2.8m in spread, providing clearance of 2m from phone lines. T2 Lime - Initially reduce lower canopy growing toward house by 30% 5m to 3.5m, providing 1.5m clearance from house. Subject to consent from neighbour (tree owner) in future carry out a 30% reduction of the entire canopy of tree, providing clearance from buildings and a balanced canopy. T3 Beech - Reduce height of tree from 8m to 6m

1 - Atlas Cedar tree. The tree was damaged during high winds, we would like to try to retain the tree by reducing extending limbs by approx 2m to reduce the risk of failure.

T1-Eucalyptus-Whole crown reduction to 10m above ground level.

Crown raise one Ash overhanging the highway. This will be achieved by removing the two lowest limbs (previously reduced).

Tree of Heaven is overgrown for it's location and there are safety concerns regarding the tree. Proposal is to reduce crown to give 2m clearance of buildings, reduce East canopy 10 - 6m, raise crown to 4.5m and remove dead and broken branches
