The tree is a weeping located in the grounds of Great Yard House at the south-west corner by the river. It is cutting off the signal to our Sky Box and has spread to obscure about one third of the view from our back windows. The top would need to be lowered by several feet and the branches that have extended into our land would nee to be cut back. The owners of Great Yard House are in agreement. We have consulted a tree surgeon about the viability of these tasks.

5 Sycamore Trees, 2 Holly Trees emoval of trees due to excesssive shading to allow light to the windows of the property and to reinstate the boundary fence of our property. Trees will be felled and disposed of on our property. A boundary fence will be re-instated between the access to 8 craft Lane and our boundary.

T1 - Lawson cypress - previously reduced in height , reduce height again by around 30% to give clearance for 2nd story windows, tree located next to house T2 - eucalyptus - medium sized tree to remove to ground level, tree has outgrown the bed it is in and will not be able to reach its mature size without being reduced which would look odd. Smaller trees present in bed T3 - Eucalyptus - medium sized tree to remove to ground level, located in back garden and has succumb to previous fire damage and is in close proximity to high voltage power lines , tree is in the wrong place and replacement tree of different species to be planted in back garden away from lines

Remove strawberry tree growing against and leaning heavily on boundary flint wall and blocking light from windows

Fir ( T4) - remove . Planted by previous owner too close to the house and windows . Low Amenity Value. Replace with various shrubs in Front garden area Box ( T6) - remove. Too close to house . Low Amenity Value. Planted in small border between two other trees either side ( T5 and T7). Replace with various shrubs within border. Scots Pine (T7) . remove 2m radius from the East to lower crown overhanging branches.
