2 x Silver Birch. One is small with a diameter of approximately 20 cm near ground level. The second is a medium size tree with a diameter of approximately 40cm at ground level. It is proposed that the two trees are felled in order to increase the size of the roadway into the Works Yard. Two replacement trees will be planted along with a much larger planting scheme associated with the current Works Yard development.

Removal of trees to enable the development in accordance with proposals submitted under application reference PF/20/2424. Trees to be removed are listed below, as referenced in the accompanying Arboricultural report submitted with this application : T3 - Cypress (Chamaecyparis sp), T4 - Cypress (Chamaecyparis sp), T5 - Cypress (Chamaecyparis sp), T6 - Cypress (Chamaecyparis sp), T7 - Cypress (Chamaecyparis sp) Works are to be in accordance with the Tree Survey Report submitted, including planting of replacement trees.
