From 1st site plan, titled 'Cley Road Trees' T1 - Large cedar to crown raise to 4.2m. T2 - Large apple tree to pollard at approx 2.5m. T3 and T4 - Part of a line of long lapsed pleached lime. The rest of the line (G1) will be pollarded back to old cuts at 3.6m and an attempt made to re-establish the foliage of the lower crown to meet the original function of the pleached line of trees. T3 and T4 will be removed to open up the area near the house. T5 - Rosemary-leaved willow to pollard to approx half of current height and remove small stem to the right G2 - line of small trees along the boundary to prune to hold at approx current height (max 0.5m prune) T6 and T7 - Portuguese laurel and cherry laurel to reduce by approx 1/3 (up to 2.5m reduction) T8 - Large bay to reduce the height by approx 50% (up to 4m reduction) T9 - Tall bay to reduce by approx 3m. From 2nd site plan, 'Cley Road Trees 2' T10 and T11 - Sycamore and ash with low branches and close to neighbouring house to crown raise both trees to approx 6m. T12 - Ivy covered laburnum to remove to low stump.

Removal of dying conifer tree (T1). Following are continual works from previous permission having since regrown: prune overhanging branches to front boundary so as not to impede overhead cables and neighbours drive (T2), prune branches to boundary line from neighbouring overhanging trees (T3), (T4) and (T5).

Including 2 field maple, 1 crab apple, 6 ash, 2 ash groups and 2 oak to abate nuisance

T1- Sycamore- Stem Diameter-0.9m, Tree Height-10m, Canopy Width- 8m. Requesting permission to reduce the lateral branches over hanging 3 Abbey Court by 3m (Back/close to boundary) This tree is beginning to encroach onto the property and causing significant shading in the garden area.
