From 1st site plan, titled 'Cley Road Trees' T1 - Large cedar to crown raise to 4.2m. T2 - Large apple tree to pollard at approx 2.5m. T3 and T4 - Part of a line of long lapsed pleached lime. The rest of the line (G1) will be pollarded back to old cuts at 3.6m and an attempt made to re-establish the foliage of the lower crown to meet the original function of the pleached line of trees. T3 and T4 will be removed to open up the area near the house. T5 - Rosemary-leaved willow to pollard to approx half of current height and remove small stem to the right G2 - line of small trees along the boundary to prune to hold at approx current height (max 0.5m prune) T6 and T7 - Portuguese laurel and cherry laurel to reduce by approx 1/3 (up to 2.5m reduction) T8 - Large bay to reduce the height by approx 50% (up to 4m reduction) T9 - Tall bay to reduce by approx 3m. From 2nd site plan, 'Cley Road Trees 2' T10 and T11 - Sycamore and ash with low branches and close to neighbouring house to crown raise both trees to approx 6m. T12 - Ivy covered laburnum to remove to low stump.

Trees T1 and T2 both pine trees, adjacent to the house and garage. To remove these two trees, and replace with two substitutes, further from the house, towards the boundary of the Plot with Saxlingham Road.

Reduce to ground level one large leaning Poplar tree adjacent to boundary wall of Wiveton House, on Leatherpool Lane. Chip + Remove arisings including cord wood or chip on site if and where appropriate.

Priority 2 trees for safety reasons; T977 - Lawson Cypress - Fell. T980 - Cherry Plum - Remove collapsed stem from neighbouring conifer. Coppice Cherry Plum. G982 - Leyland Cypress - Row of five conifers positioned on western boundary. Subsiding tall, narrow and ivy clad stems. Stressed crowns with low density and poor vigour and vitality. Branch tip die back at the crown extremities - Fell. H989 - Western Red Cedar - Continue to manage the northern section of the hedge by cyclical pruning. Remove the southern section of individual trees growing against the outbuildings. P3 trees for safety reasons; T972 - Western Red Cedar - Fell. T976 - Monterey Pine - Fell. T981 - Privet - Fell. T985 - Western Red Cedar - Fell T986 - Crab Apple - Fell. P4A trees for general maintainance and good Arboricultural practice; T971 - Holly - Fell. T974 - Wild Cherry - Fell to avoid future direct damage to building. T978 - Holly - Clean out the crown and remove ivy growth. G979 - Bullace, Elder, Privet - Fell. T983 - Privet - Coppice. T984 - Laburnum - Fell. T987 - Crab Apple - Fell due to poor form and location adjacent to house.

Trees 1-20 Self seeded sycamores that have been previously pollarded. I have received a letter from a neighbour asking for these trees to be pollarded again as they are shading their garden and house with branches overhanging their boundary and fence line. Tree 21 A sycamore that has two main trunks rising from ground level, one of which has decay near the bottom and has a bias towards static caravans sited nearby. The other trunk is upright. I would like to remove the upper half of the decayed trunk to ease the weight load on the tree. Trees 22-28 Sycamore trees. These tree have been previously pollarded and I would like to reduce them further so they could be cut in line with the existing hedge row, around 4 meters. They are very near to touring caravans creating excessive shading and damage to grassed ares below. Tree 29 An elder tree / bush that has decay at the roots. This tree is overhanging the public pavement on Carr Lane and I would like to remove it for safety reasons.

T1 The oak tree to the front of the property known as Glaven Cottage, shall have its lower crown raised to a height of 3.5 metres over the house drive side, reduce the outer peripheral crown by one metre and clear around the BT cable and raise over the roadside to approximately 5 metres in height. G1 In addition there are 5 oaks and three hawthorns to be removed upon the side boundary

To remove 2 lime trees and a silver birch and clump of conifer, reduce in height a holly by 2.5m to below power cable, reduce all over a cherry by 2m and shape giving clearance below cable and a large copper beach to uplift to 4m reduce over extended branches by 2m and shape on garden side of Weavers House and reduce over hanging to neighbours boundary by 2.5m giving clearance to garage roof and shape.

Sycamore (T1) - Fell because of excessive shading and close proximity to house (3 metres); loss of enjoyment of very small garden; and damage being caused to boundary wall by aggressive growth. Amenity value is compensated by the presence of a further 6 large lime trees (T2 - T7) on my small corner plot.

To remove a leylandii and holm oak. No.1 medium sized Leylandii Tree currently on the right hand boundary fence (when looking from the house) now too large for its current position and in poor condition. No.2 Multi stemmed young Holm Oak (Evergreen Oak) situated on the boundary at the end of the garden, becoming too large for the area it occupies.

Removal of two conifer trees for improving amenity value and due to excessive size vs size of garden. Tree No.1 partially overhanging garage of neighbour to east boundary, Tree No. 2 partially overhanging pool house of neighbour to west boundary. Works to be completed and cleared by and professional tree surgeon.
