T1 - Cotoneaster currently approx 6m in height - reduce whole canopy by up to 2m G1 - Group of mixed species shrubs ranging in height up to 6m - reduce all to same height as wall (approx 3m) G2 - Group of mixed species fruit trees ranging up to 4.5m in height - reduce by up to 2m

T1 - Oak, currently 17m, Reduce Crown by approx 3m to maintain shape and health of tree.

T1 - Acer -currently 12m Pollarding /reducing to previous pruning points

T1- Tulip, current height 8m, reduce by 1.5m - T2 - Beech, current height 7.5m. Reshape by 1.5m -T3- Silver Birch, current height 6m, crown clean reduce by 1m -T4 - Lime, remove all epicormic growth.

T1 - Cherry tree, Remove

T1- Ash tree circled in blue to reduce by 0.5-1 meter to reduce away from building and allow for an overall better canopy shape and to allow for it to thrive in its location - T2- willow tree circled in red to remove due to it being dead

T1 - Sweet Chestnut, remove one branch from over garage -T2 - 2 x Cypress, to raise trees up to 4m to clewar gable end of house - T3 - Yew, to raise trees up to 4m to clewar gable end of house.

From 1st site plan, titled 'Cley Road Trees' T1 - Large cedar to crown raise to 4.2m. T2 - Large apple tree to pollard at approx 2.5m. T3 and T4 - Part of a line of long lapsed pleached lime. The rest of the line (G1) will be pollarded back to old cuts at 3.6m and an attempt made to re-establish the foliage of the lower crown to meet the original function of the pleached line of trees. T3 and T4 will be removed to open up the area near the house. T5 - Rosemary-leaved willow to pollard to approx half of current height and remove small stem to the right G2 - line of small trees along the boundary to prune to hold at approx current height (max 0.5m prune) T6 and T7 - Portuguese laurel and cherry laurel to reduce by approx 1/3 (up to 2.5m reduction) T8 - Large bay to reduce the height by approx 50% (up to 4m reduction) T9 - Tall bay to reduce by approx 3m. From 2nd site plan, 'Cley Road Trees 2' T10 and T11 - Sycamore and ash with low branches and close to neighbouring house to crown raise both trees to approx 6m. T12 - Ivy covered laburnum to remove to low stump.

The trees affected by these works are covered within TPO 99 0656. Having consulted with an arboricultural consultant the proposed measures to ensure that works can be reasonably progressed are as per, Ravencroft Arboricultural Services Arboricultural Method Statement - Project Number PP/NWHCS/AMS/01 - Drawing No 151123/01 Rev C. The proposed works include the following items of work, 1. Removal of concrete slab and foundations to substantially demolished building. 2. Demolition and removal of existing dilapidated gas meter housing 3. Subject to existence and nature of any tree roots encountered in connection with the above it is proposed that the areas affected by these works be reinstated to include 2 No disabled parking bays (construction details typically as per included within this Planning Application), and / or soft landscaping. 4. Supply and installation of new housing to existing gas meter etc. 5. Separate to the above it is proposed to install a timber and concrete post approximately 10m in length to provide a visual screen adjacent temporary structure. (It is anticipated that there will be some adjustment to existing levels - it is intended that any changes to existing ground levels be kept to a minimum albeit in the event that the works do incorporate 2 No new disabled parking bays then the finish levels will need to be reasonably practicable and not " steep / excessively steep")

T1 Silver Birch clump- reduce height to approx 9m and reduce crown width to approx 2m from trunk- T2 Silver Birch- reduce height to approx 8m
