Tree Removal

1-2 - Horse Chestnut - 6m high pollards to remove and replant area with yew trees and 3-6 - Limes - 6m high pollards to remove and replant area with yew trees. The client would like to plant standards to allow them to develop over time, forming a yew screen from neighbouring property without suppression from the current tree stock.

G1 - Comprises of 2-3 Conifers. excessive shading of chalet tree overhangs decking and roof of building. remove to ground level and south west corner of site

Oak (T3) - reduce the crown height by approx. 6m to suitable growing points, shorten the side branches to a good shape, removal of road overhang to give clearance to passing traffic, remove deadwood and thin the crown out by 20% Ash (T4) - reduce the crown height by approx. 6m to suitable growing points, shorten the side branches to a good shape, removal of road overhang to give clearance to passing traffic, remove deadwood and thin the crown out by 30% Oak (T5) - reshape the side branches to a good shape and removal of road overhang to give clearance to passing traffic Ash (T6) - prune back neighbouring overhanging branches, remove deadwood and crown thinning by 40%

Horse chestnut Complete dismantle due to disease and lack of upkeep Lower limbs and main stem at risk of failing into neighbouring houses, footpath and local shop 12 foot overhang into 2 Barton Road and roots damaging property opposite, possibility of replanting similar species if required

Beech - T1 - Fell because of low amenity value, shaded out by the larger better quality beech trees and leaning over the road.

Oak (T1 and T2). Cut back the canopies of both trees, to the boundary between property N0. 61 and N0.63. The section of the canopies to be removed is highlighted in red on the attached plan.
