Large, asking for permission to fell this Leylandii, it sits near the boundary of a camp site, and poses a risk to both person and property. It has recently shed a large limb in high winds, luckily resulting in it hanging up in a neighbouring silver birch, stopping it from hitting the camp site, the rest of the tree is now vulnerable to further failures with a large gap now being apparent.

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/20/0759 (Erection of detached cart shed, single storey front and rear extensions and loft conversion and creation of new vehicular access onto Aylsham Road and stopping up of existing access onto Station Road) to amend plans, omitting the loft conversion & north facing entrance lobby extension to the bungalow, and change the external wall finish for the south kitchen extension to timber cladding, as well as other internal changes to bedroom layout
