Internal alterations to upgrade interior of Keepers Cottage to allow use as holiday let in line with Masterplan for rejuvenation & restoration of the Wolterton Estate. Ground floor to include relocation of Norfolk winder staircase & removal of quarry tile fireplace & estoration of original inglenook. Removal of poor condition part glazed conservatory to North facade to replace with fully glazed garden room. Removal of porch canopy & reinstatement of traditional timber porch on existing dwarf walls. Remove 1st floor partition walling to create master bedroom and new ensuite. Existing dated family bathroom to be removed & new family bathroom to be installed. 1x New dormer window in existing style to North facade and 2x new dormer to South facade to allow light in for restructured room layout.

Extensions and external alterations: new timber cladding to front and rear elevations; new render; changes to and additional windows; insertion of new dormer windows to rear and addition of second-floor rear-range extension; provision of a rear balcony at first floor; replacement of conservatory; installation of external staircase; reconfiguration of guest accommodation and provision of new accommodation at second floor; removal of outbuilding; creation of 2 garden areas for guest rooms; installation of rear decking; alterations to site car parking.
