Change of use of 2no. commercial units (Use Class E) to 7no. dwellings (Use Class C3) with alterations to fenestration and other associated works

Proposed erection of a first floor extension at the West elevation and retention of existing oak porch. Installation of 2no. rooflights at the North-West elevation and 1no. window at the North-East elevation. Creation of a chimney stack at the South-West elevation and landscaping alterations.

Proposed demolition of existing garage and creation/expansion of existing hardstanding at the North of the property. Proposed erection of a first floor (To match the existing footprint), a single storey side extension and single storey rear extension with a partially walled terrace above. Replacement of all windows/doors, installation of intermittent cladding and Brise Soleil (Overhanging roofing) and creation of a Chimney at the South elevation. Alterations to the front access to include erection of a 1.8m high close-boarded fencing to the southern boundary, and widening of the existing front openings with new pillars and the existing steel gates to be removed and replaced with new timber and steel gates.

Proposed erection of a single storey rear extension with terrace above, first floor side/rear extension and roofing alterations including the creation of a hipped roof at the West elevation. Removal of 1no external door and installation of 3no. windows at the West elevation.

Proposed change of use of former hot tub showroom and associated offices to 7no. One and two bed apartments with works to include; Alterations to existing fenestration with replacement and new fenestration, and creation of external stairways to the North and West elevations.

Alterations to existing hardstanding, erection of new stone wall at the East elevation to block existing access with subsequent creation of new access.

Proposed Loft conversion and extension at the South-West elevation, works to include; alteration to the existing Front dormer, creation of a front terrace and installation of a flat-roof at the South elevation.
