Minor material amendment of application 21/P/3270/FUH (Proposed erection of a single storey side and partial rear extension) to allow changes to: roof finish; windows/fenestration; external wall finish; new flat roof skylight and alteration to rear elevation

Proposed demolition of existing garage and creation/expansion of existing hardstanding at the North of the property. Proposed erection of a first floor (To match the existing footprint), a single storey side extension and single storey rear extension with a partially walled terrace above. Replacement of all windows/doors, installation of intermittent cladding and Brise Soleil (Overhanging roofing) and creation of a Chimney at the South elevation. Multiple landscaping alterations including the creation of a stairway and ramp between the proposed hardstanding and dwelling, to allow for the ramp to connect with the proposed First-Floor entryway, and creation of multiple external stairways at South-West boundary of the dwelling.

Proposed Loft conversion and raising of the roof ridge height with the addition of 1no. dormer to the rear (north) elevation and 1no. dormer to the front (south) elevation. Erection of single storey and first floor rear extensions and conversion of existing detached garage into a playroom. Alterations to the front access to include erection of a 1.8m high close-boarded fencing to the southern boundary, and widening of the existing front openings with new pillars and the existing steel gates to be removed and replaced with new timber and steel gates.

Proposed erection of a single storey rear extension with terrace above, first floor side/rear extension and roofing alterations including the creation of a hipped roof at the West elevation. Removal of 1no external door and installation of 3no. windows at the West elevation.

Proposed demolition of existing chimneys and rear extension and erection of a new single storey rear extension in place. Removal of 3no. windows and replacement of 1no. patio doors with large windows. Removal of 1no. rooflight at the South elevation alongside 2no. dormers, installation of 1no. rooflight at the North elevation and 2no. large dormers at the East and West elevations including 1no. Juliet balcony. Renovation and alteration to existing detached garage including creation of pitched roof. Alterations to existing hardstanding, erection of new stone wall at the East elevation to block existing access with subsequent creation of new access.

Proposed Loft conversion and extension at the South-West elevation, works to include; alteration to the existing Front dormer, creation of a front terrace and installation of a flat-roof at the South elevation.

Proposed demolition of existing front conservatory and erection of a single storey extension in place. Proposed roofing alterations including; raising of ridge height with the removal of existing side gable and installation of 6no. rooflights. Subsequent loft conversion and creation of a sheltered balcony at the front elevation.

Proposed loft conversion and erection of a rear dormer with a balcony. Extension/alteration of existing front porch with the creation of a gabled roof above. Removal of 2no. rooflights, replacement of multiple windows and placement of solar panels at the South elevation.

Minor Material Amendment to application 21/P/1494/FUH (Conversion of existing garage to living accommodation, single storey side extension with the installation of front dormer and a rear dormer without window. 2no. dormers to front elevation of main dwelling and porch to side elevation.) to allow for a larger footprint to facilitate thermal insulation, material alteration of approved roof tiling and creation of 'Catslide' Dormer at the North Elevation with 2no. rooflights.

Proposed extension and alterations to roof to replace porch flat roof with pitched roof (Resubmission due to expiration of approved planning application 12/P/1845/F)
