Minor material amendment to permission 18/P/3209/MMA (Variation of conditions Nos. 2, 13 and 20 on application 15/P/2301/F (Redevelopment to provide 66 residential dwellings with associated public open space, play areas, internal road network, car and cycle parking, drainage including enlarged attenuation pond, landscaping and underground gas storage tank) to allow a revised plans and document list, a revised accommodation schedule and a revised landscape drawing.
