Proposed erection of a first floor extension at the West elevation and retention of existing oak porch. Installation of 2no. rooflights at the North-West elevation and 1no. window at the North-East elevation. Creation of a chimney stack at the South-West elevation and landscaping alterations.

Proposed demolition of existing garage and creation/expansion of existing hardstanding at the North of the property.
