Proposed demolition of existing garage and creation/expansion of existing hardstanding at the North of the property. Proposed erection of a first floor (To match the existing footprint), a single storey side extension and single storey rear extension with a partially walled terrace above. Proposed erection of a dwelling and attached garage on site of former workshop and store. Alterations to existing vehicular access.
