Proposed demolition of existing garage and creation/expansion of existing hardstanding at the North of the property. Proposed erection of a first floor (To match the existing footprint), a single storey side extension and single storey rear extension with a partially walled terrace above. Replacement of all windows/doors, installation of intermittent cladding and Brise Soleil (Overhanging roofing) and creation of a Chimney at the South elevation.
