Variation of condition Numbers 2 (approved plans) and 11 (junction alterations) on application 19/P/2244/FUL (extension to existing dwelling and conversion of existing dwelling into 2no. residential dwellings; erection of 7no. additional dwellings, internal access road, landscaping and associated works) to allow for changes to partially replace the former brick boundary wall between 4 The Avenue and 118 High Street with timber fencing and to allow the houses on plots 1 and 2 to be occupied prior to the changes being made to the junction between The Avenue and High Street.

Proposed removal of hedge along the front boundary, installation of 3m high mesh perimeter fence with 2m high fence screening. Alterations to existing step entrance and gate to provide improved disabled access.
