T - 1 Conifer fell as restricting passage and potential root damage to garage.

Leylandii (T1) - Single Leylandii (Fell) Tightly situated between garage and Holm Oak. Main stem is very close to roof line and roots causing issue with garden retaining wall.

(T1, T2, T3) Oak stumps growing out of cliff face causing rocks to fall into garden, removal of epicormic growth. (T4) Oak tree crown lift due to crown touching garage roof.

T01-Lime- Crown lift to allow 3 metres clearance over the decking and garden. Prune to allow 2 metres clearance from garage building.

Oak - reduce branch length by 3.5m where the canopy oversails the garden. Works requested to reduce canopy to a size more suitable for the location in a domestic garden, given proximity to the dwelling and garage and extent of shading and loss of sunlight to the garden which is considered excessive. Over the last 25 years the tree canopy has grown substantially such that it now covers 2/3 of the garden and at the current rate will cover the entire garden very soon. Appropriate tree pruning and sympathetic pruning is required and should be at no detriment to the tree. We are looking to fell a total of 53 conifer trees and a bay. 18 of the Conifers and the bay are in very close proximity to a wall protected under the conservation area, cracks along the wall and adjoining garage, show that the long term survival of the wall is being affected by the location of the trees. The remaining conifers we wish to fell are taking vast amounts of sunlight out of our garden, the conservation area, and in particular the neighbours over the road. They are grossly oversized and are of course a non native species which isn't in keeping with the surrounding forest and adjoining orchard. We are aiming to plant 5 apples, and 35 bay trees (to form a natural hedge along the protected wall to the east and to the boundary to the north) in their place. We have spoken to an arborist who has advised that felling is the most appropriate measure to ensure the survival of the protected wall, improve natural light and to return the plot to a more natural appearance in keeping with its surroundings.

T1 - Macrocarpa - reduce height by 4m and laterally by 2 on the north, east and south sides, remove low limb on the north side over garage roof. T2 - Sycamore - reduce height by 3m and lateral spread on north east and south side by 1.5m, crown lift over garden to 3m.

Ash (G1) Crown lift to 3m and remove the lowest branch on the tree closest to the garage
