TPO NUMBER 859 - Trees requires trimming back, tree is now too large, causing damage to a roof on a residents home; planned works are simply to trim the trees back to a reasonable degree in order to prevent further damage to the property.

Oak (T1) Clear crown away from house by up to 2mtrs. Oak (T2) Clear crown away from house by up to 2mtrs

T1 Lime reduce crown by up to 2mtrs. T2 Holm Oak heavy limb reduce by up to 3mtrs and thin, remove 1 low lateral branch to lift internal canopy. T3 Holm Oak Thin out low to mid crown to allow better light. T4 Holm Oak Reduce heavy limb extention over green house by up to 4 mtrs.

T1 Ash tree reduce sub stem growing towards Clarence House by 2 metres. T2 Magnolia tree cut back crown from Clarence House to leave a clearance of 1 metre.

T - 1 Oak dead wood and reduce by 2 mtrs + rebalance. T - 2 Holly fell. T - 3 Conifer reduce by 1 mtr. T - 4 Birch fell- close to house and lifting the path.

Ash - rear of the public house - fell to ground level

Ash Tree (T1) - Prune lower over extending limb (as highlighted) from over car park (between 1.5 & 2 metres) back to suitable growth point to mitigate risk of breakage caused from excess stress on the limb particularly when in full bloom as vehicles regularly park underneath the tree and is causing concern for resident and public house owner.

T1 - English Yew - Mature specimen. Rooted tightly between house and road boundary retaining wall. Reduce eastern aspect of crown to give 1-1.5m clearance of building and shape to give the tree a balanced crown outline. Crown lift to give 2m clearance above ground level in the garden and 5.2m clearance above road level on western/ roadside aspect of crown (Highways Regulations). Also, sever ivy at base using hand tools only.

T - 1 Oak reduce crown by 3 mtres due to close proximity to house, height 42 mtre with spreadof 10 mtrs after pruning. T - 2 Birch crown reduction by 3 mtres due to close proximity to house, height 40 mtres with spread of 15 mtres after pruning. T - 3 crown reduction by 3 mtres due to width spreading into neighbouring property, height 40 mtres with spreadof 15 mtres after pruning.
