Works include conversion of existing outbuilding, associated landscaping and boundary treatments) to allow for minor material amendments to design to allow for increase in ridge height of new dwelling; change to the design of glass guarding at first floor with balcony proposed across all three units to south elevation; the number and layout of the windows (on the North elevation) and the rooflight have been revised; greenhouse and shed added to site.
