Redevelopment of Walled Garden comprising restoration and extension of the existing derelict cottage and heated wall to provide 1no. five-bedroom dwelling and erection of 1no. single-storey five-bedroom dwelling. Improvements to existing vehicular access, hard/soft landscape works, and drainage) to allow for amendment to site layout (around plot 2) and submission of hard and soft landscape details.
