Proposed renovation and repair of facade decoration and piecemeal. Shop front alterations to include; window, door and signage replacement/alterations.

Erection of a single storey front extension to existing shop unit.  Erection of single storey infill extension to rear of building and construction of an external staircase to rear of property. Internal alterations to ground floor commercial units and alterations to windows to rear elevation and installation of new windows/doors. Change of use of first floor offices to 1no. two bedroom self-contained flat with alterations to side window to create new entrance and creation of a patio area with railings.

Proposed conversion of rear section of retail unit into 1no. dwelling. Works include demolition of existing garage and erection of a bike store, removal of 2no. roof lights and installation of 4no. roof lights and solar panels. Removal of 2no. windows and installation of 3no. new windows and 1no. Bi-fold door.

Minor material amendment to planning permission 22/P/0822/FUL (Erection of a fourth storey to provide 3no. additional self-contained flats bringing total number of flats in building to 9no.flats (revisions to planning permission 18/P/4172/FUL - erection of a fourth storey-to provide 2no. additional self-contained flats), works to include ground floor bike store enlargement and subsequent reduction in size of retail unit, minor alterations to proposed windows on the east, south and west elevations, increase in size of proposed screen to unit 3 and additional window to unit 6 on east elevation, omission of inset balconies on the west elevation to units 1 and 4 and minor enlargement to east elevation to units 1 and 4) to allow for changes to materials

Raise roof height to create a second floor level with a mansard roof and dormer windows on the rear and front elevation) to allow changes to the approved plans which remove the proposed second floor and mansard roof from the application; reduce the number of flats from 9no. to 7no. and make changes to the fenestration
