TPO NUMBER 859 - Trees requires trimming back, tree is now too large, causing damage to a roof on a residents home; planned works are simply to trim the trees back to a reasonable degree in order to prevent further damage to the property.

T - 1 & T - 2 Sycamore, crown reduction to previous pruning points retaining established reduction knuckles approx 3.5mtrs. Reason: These works have been carried out in past years and the tree has responded well and is in good physiological condition.

Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

Conifer (T1) - Reduce branches on the eastward facing side by approximately 1.5m and clear major deadwood.

T1 - Holm oak, Reduce to previous points approximately 2 meters of growth to be removed. T2 - Western red cedar - Dismantle to ground level, previously topped and no amenity value to the road view.
