Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

T1 Yew - fell tree to ground level and remove stump, to facilitate rebuilding of properties driveway pillar and boundary wall. T - 1 Holm oak pollard to previous points. T - 2 Yew tree reduce both boundary sides by up to 1.5 mtrs

Goat Willow (GW1) - Full removal due to damage clearly caused to pavement outside of property boundary by root system.

T1 Oak- small previously topped tree which gives little amenity. T2 Hazel- small stool of hazel also with low amenity. Sparse form with low amenity. Both to be dismantled to ground level and roots removed to be replanted with new boundary trees.

Lime (G1) Reduce the lateral spread of the group of trees on the boundary wall by 1.5-2m to reduce the overhang of the driveway leading to 49 Nore Road.

Sycamore and Oak trees along boundary line - crown lift to 3m

T1 - Sycamore - Prune back to boundary the foliage overhanging 38 Albert Road

Prune trees as per application (1-5) to the boundary with 3B Woodhill Road
