Remove a dead hawthorn tree that partially collapsed into nearby trees and is overhanging the rear garden of 5 Briar Mead. In addition clear over hanging branches up to 2.5 metres from ground level that are overhanging the fence line to allow the installation of a new boundary fence and to protect the roof of the garden shed that sits underneath the trees as the felt is being ripped and damaged.

T1 Yew - fell tree to ground level and remove stump, to facilitate rebuilding of properties driveway pillar and boundary wall. T2 Yew - fell tree to ground level and remove stump, to facilitate rebuilding of properties driveway pillar and boundary wall. T1 & T2 are the first two trees in succession from and to the right of the driveways entrance, when entering from Bridge Road.

Maple - boundary with 4 Denny View - Crown lift to 5m, cutting to branch collar

T - 1 Holm oak pollard to previous points. T - 2 Yew tree reduce both boundary sides by up to 1.5 mtrs

T1 Oak- small previously topped tree which gives little amenity. T2 Hazel- small stool of hazel also with low amenity. Sparse form with low amenity. Both to be dismantled to ground level and roots removed to be replanted with new boundary trees.

Lime (G1) Reduce the lateral spread of the group of trees on the boundary wall by 1.5-2m to reduce the overhang of the driveway leading to 49 Nore Road.

Sycamore and Oak trees along boundary line - crown lift to 3m

Prune trees as per application (1-5) to the boundary with 3B Woodhill Road

Beech in the north west corner of the plot (T4 on the TPO sketch) - 2m crown reduction to ensure 2 metre clearance from building and back to the boundary line with neighbours (2 ash hayes rd and 53 station road); 2. Monterey Cypress in south east corner of the plot (T2 on the TPO sketch) - limb pruning of the side facing the property/driveway (west/north sides) to ensure 2 metre clearance from buildings.

T03 - Horse Chestnut - Remove limb with extensive bark wound back to cavity. T43 - Goat Willow - Reduce crown by 0.5-1m (already pollarded - 5 day notice). T80 - Sycamore - Reduce principal stems above respective points of origin, retain second order limbs unpruned with the exception of largest diameter limb to NE which should be pruned as per principal stems (already felled - 5 day notice). T93 - Purple Plum - Crown reduction up to 1m. T106 - Silver Birch - Reduce overhanging branches from neighbouring property back to boundary line. G160 Goat Willow - coppice.
