TPO NUMBER 859 - Trees requires trimming back, tree is now too large, causing damage to a roof on a residents home; planned works are simply to trim the trees back to a reasonable degree in order to prevent further damage to the property.

Oak (T1) Clear crown away from house by up to 2mtrs. Oak (T2) Clear crown away from house by up to 2mtrs

T1 Lime reduce crown by up to 2mtrs. T2 Holm Oak heavy limb reduce by up to 3mtrs and thin, remove 1 low lateral branch to lift internal canopy. T3 Holm Oak Thin out low to mid crown to allow better light. T4 Holm Oak Reduce heavy limb extention over green house by up to 4 mtrs.

T1 Ash tree reduce sub stem growing towards Clarence House by 2 metres. T2 Magnolia tree cut back crown from Clarence House to leave a clearance of 1 metre.

2 Jacquemontii - Reduce canopy by 2m. Photinia - Reduce side closer to house by 60cm. Leyland Cypress - Reduce height by 1.5m trim to shape.

Ash - rear of the public house - fell to ground level

Ash Tree (T1) - Prune lower over extending limb (as highlighted) from over car park (between 1.5 & 2 metres) back to suitable growth point to mitigate risk of breakage caused from excess stress on the limb particularly when in full bloom as vehicles regularly park underneath the tree and is causing concern for resident and public house owner.

T - 1 Oak reduce crown by 3 mtres due to close proximity to house, height 42 mtre with spreadof 10 mtrs after pruning. T - 2 Birch crown reduction by 3 mtres due to close proximity to house, height 40 mtres with spread of 15 mtres after pruning. T - 3 crown reduction by 3 mtres due to width spreading into neighbouring property, height 40 mtres with spreadof 15 mtres after pruning.

Oak (T1) - Reduce by approximately 1.5 metres only or to most suitable growth point x 5 lower lateral branches over garden area, away from house.

T4 1. Prune back to suitable growth points, those low side-branches that have been roughly cut back over far edge of track. 2. Reduce crown height by 3m/4m , cutting back to healthy looking replacement growth. 3. Thin and lighten crown framework reaching over track and towards No 5 Little Halt by judicious removal of 2 no. 100mm/150mm diam branches, selected at well spaced intervals within crown 4. Reduce largest, furthestreaching side branch over No 5 Little Halt house. (This limb is est 200mm diam at point of attachment to main trunk at 12m ht ) prune back and lightly shape to subsidiary side branch ( est 75mm / 100mm diam) , approx. 1.5m out from the main trunk, where parent branch is est 150mm diam. 14 5. Reduce remaining crown profile over No 5 property by 3m/ 4m, cutting back to healthy looking replacement growth. 6. Lightly thin ( by 10 %) any congested areas of growth about crown 7. Reduce lowest long-reaching lower growth over parking area of Tregenna and garden of Sea Lanes by 2m, cutting back to healthy-looking replacement growth. 8. Remove any major dead wood and apparently weak live growth throughout crown 9. Assess crossing/rubbing branches throughout crown and remove or reduce as appropriate 10. Monitor tree condition
