Development of the site for port-related uses. Provision of hardstanding for storage of cargo (e.g. motor vehicles) in transit through Royal Portbury Dock with associated infrastructure, including security fencing, lighting, CCTV, surface water drainage, landscaping/planting, and vehicle access from Marsh Lane. The operational area will be set within existing hedgerows and field boundaries around the periphery of the site, which will be retained and enhanced as part of the proposals, including the Land East of Court House Farm Local Wildlife Site in the eastern most field.

Proposed erection of a new front gated entrance and creation of an inner courtyard to form a new parking and turning area, re-installation of an existing wrought iron gate by the side entrance and new fencing along driveway together with associated hard and soft landscaping works.

Application to vary condition 7 (length of planning permission) attached to planning permission 13/P/2382/F (Large scale major development for a Solar PV array Park to produce up to 8 megawatts of electricity from ground mounted panels (max 3m high), 1no control building, 8no inverter buildings and to include a maintenance track with access off Stock Lane and Iwood Lane, security fencing and landscaping to preserve disused railway line and footpath crossing the site) to allow a 15 year extension to planning permission from 14/05/39 (25 years from date of planning consent) to 14/05/54 (40 years from date of planning consent)

Variation of condition Numbers 2 (approved plans) and 11 (junction alterations) on application 19/P/2244/FUL (extension to existing dwelling and conversion of existing dwelling into 2no. residential dwellings; erection of 7no. additional dwellings, internal access road, landscaping and associated works) to allow for changes to partially replace the former brick boundary wall between 4 The Avenue and 118 High Street with timber fencing and to allow the houses on plots 1 and 2 to be occupied prior to the changes being made to the junction between The Avenue and High Street.

Demolition of existing corrugated iron building. Erection of a replacement gatehouse building, boundary fencing and automated entrance gates. Ancillary works including drainage and landscaping.
