Application to vary condition 3 (restricting use to RSPCA Administrative Centre) attached to planning permission 95/1728 (change of use from residential house to RSPCA administration centre consisting of reception area, waiting room, function room and office accommodation in connection with animal welfare centre) to allow for restricted use as RSPCA Administrative Centre to be varied to uses falling withing Use Classes E(c), E(g)(i) and E(g)(ii).

Application to remove condition 8 attached to planning permission 15/P/0966/F (conversion of stable block to holiday accommodation) to allow the building to be used for two residential units
