Change of use of existing shop to form 2no. self contained dwelling with associated parking, provision of a new roof and the erection of 4no. North facing dormers, removal of storage container and alterations to windows and doors.

Change of use of ground floor retail unit (Class E) to 1no. self-contained flat, and sub-division of existing first floor flat and second/third floor maisonette into 4no. self-contained flats, including a side dormer extension, hip-to-gable rear roof extension and single-storey rear extension.
