Retrospective application for the creation of raised parking and landscaping alterations off Battery Lane. Proposed demolition of existing front Porch, erection of an infill extension at the East elevation, single storey rear extension and first floor extension at the North-East elevation. Proposed conversion and merging of existing 2no. shed roof dormers to 1no. flat roof dormer, roofing alterations to create 1no. new gable at the North-East elevation, creation of 2no. 'raised valleys' at the East elevation and placement of 3no. sets of Solar panels. Fenestration alterations on all elevations including the replacement and alteration of all windows and doors.

Application to vary conditions 2 (plans) and 11 (ground source heat pump) and remove conditions 7 (landscaping) and 15 (drainage) to planning permission 18/P/4116/FUL (demolition of existing modern swimming pool building and erection of new dwelling. Works include conversion of existing outbuilding, associated landscaping and boundary treatments) to allow for minor material amendments to design to allow for increase in ridge height of new dwelling; change to the design of glass guarding at first floor with balcony proposed across all three units to south elevation; the number and layout of the windows (on the North elevation) and the rooflight have been revised; greenhouse and shed added to site. Ground source heat pump to be replaced by air source heat pump. Landscaping and drainage details now submitted for approval.
