Proposed replacement of existing shop front window

Erection of a single storey front extension to existing shop unit.  Erection of single storey infill extension to rear of building and construction of an external staircase to rear of property. Internal alterations to ground floor commercial units and alterations to windows to rear elevation and installation of new windows/doors. Change of use of first floor offices to 1no. two bedroom self-contained flat with alterations to side window to create new entrance and creation of a patio area with railings.

Proposed conversion of rear section of retail unit into 1no. dwelling. Works include demolition of existing garage and erection of a bike store, removal of 2no. roof lights and installation of 4no. roof lights and solar panels. Removal of 2no. windows and installation of 3no. new windows and 1no. Bi-fold door.

Change of use of existing ground floor shop into 1no. one bed self contained ground floor flat. Works to include removal of shopfront and installation of bay window and 2no. additional side doors and re-instatement of front boundary wall.

Erection of a fourth storey to provide 3no. additional self-contained flats bringing total number of flats in building to 9no.flats (revisions to planning permission 18/P/4172/FUL - erection of a fourth storey-to provide 2no. additional self-contained flats), works to include ground floor bike store enlargement and subsequent reduction in size of retail unit, minor alterations to proposed windows on the east, south and west elevations, increase in size of proposed screen to unit 3 and additional window to unit 6 on east elevation, omission of inset balconies on the west elevation to units 1 and 4 and minor enlargement to east elevation to units 1 and 4

Replacement of existing shopfront at numbers 132 and 134 High Street with new shopfront including surround, stallriser, new timber framed glazing, entrance door, awning and shop signage. Replacement of 2 no. windows on upper floor.

Proposed installation of a new shop front, replacement of windows and doors to front, side and rear elevations, demolition of rear single storey extension and rear chimneys and bricking up of 2no. windows to south-west side elevation.

Change of use of existing shop to form 2no. self contained dwelling with associated parking, provision of a new roof and the erection of 4no. North facing dormers, removal of storage container and alterations to windows and doors.

Full replacement of existing shopfronts and numbers 8; 8A and 10 South Parade with new shopfronts including tiles stallrisers, new timber framed glazing and shop signage. Repairs to upper levels at first and second floor level of front façade including replacement of uPVC windows with double glazed timber sliding sash windows; new metal railing and low stone base to front properties

Remove original shop front window and replace with new wall and windows
