Replacement of a roof (currently collapsed) to Shop Unit No.2. Removal of all suspended ceilings, floor finishes, timber staircases and timber floors to first and second floors and shopfronts of all Shop Units 1-3. Replacement of timber floors and provision of access hatches for future staircases installation in all Shop Units 1-3. Replacement of damaged & plastic black Vitrolite tiles, relocation of good tiles to spaces at higher level. Repainting of the corner canopy (signage updated following advert consent application). The existing hoardings and shopfronts including the fabric canopies to be removed. New replacement shopfront in glass and timber frame. Existing black painted doors and vents to be re-painted. Cleaning and repair to the white tiles.

Replacement of all the existing black ceramic tiles with like for like. A sample has been submitted for approval. The white tiles to the remainder of the facade are to be cleaned and the cracks filled with a colour matching grout. The canopy is to be repainted and the signage updated (subject to further signage application). The existing hoardings and the non-original (assumed) shopfronts under including the fabric canopies where applicable are to be removed. Either a new flush hoarding with a shop-front style graphic on applied vinyl or an actual new replacement shopfront in glass and timber will be installed depending on funds. Existing black painted doors timber to the escape doors and vents is to be re-painted. A temporary works hoarding in front of scaffolding to Regent Street and Walliscote Road will be required during the works.

Listed building consent for the replacement of existing shopfront at numbers 132 and 134 High Street with new shopfront including surround, stallriser, new timber framed glazing, entrance door, awning and shop signage. Replacement of 2 no. windows on upper floor.

Demolition of buildings (Use Class A1 - retail). Conversion of existing two-storey building to 1no. four bedroom dwelling (Use Class C3); replacement of existing bungalow (Use Class C3) with 1no. two-storey five-bedroom dwelling; and erection of 8no. dwellings. Redevelopment of Walled Garden comprising restoration and extension of the existing derelict cottage and heated wall to provide 1no. five-bedroom dwelling and erection of 1no. single-storey five-bedroom dwelling. Improvements to existing vehicular access, hard/soft landscape works, and drainage
