Listed building consent for minor amendment works to the interior of the building; works to include:- lowering the floor in the basement with replacement concrete and Lime plastering to the walls , retrospective addition of a new window to the rear of the existing single storey rear extension to accommodate a retrospective relocated WC with new internal stud walls. New internal stud partition wall to the top floor bathroom to create 2no. bathrooms and retrospective installation of a stair lift from the ground floor to first floor.

Single storey rear extension with glazed link to existing dwelling; Removal of existing window and demolition of wall below to create doorway, replacement of access gates and Boundary stone wall replaced to match existing and associated landscaping works (Part retrospective).

Retrospective Listed Building Consent for insertion of rooflight and replacement lead facings to two dormer windows on west roof elevation. Removal of lead flashing to parapet wall and repair/repointing of existing coping stones.

Part-retrospective alterations to front and rear elevation windows to insert timber double glazed units. Timber door to front elevation.
