Proposed change of use of existing meeting hall to create 1 no. three-bedroom dwelling including exterior alterations and demolition, new windows and doors, solar panels and sun tunnel.

Proposed demolition of existing rear porch. Proposed erection of a single storey rear extension and first floor side extension. Application to remove condition 5 (obscure glazing) and amend condition 2 (plans) attached to planning permission 22/P/0718/FUH (proposed erection of a single storey front extension, 2no new rooflights on the east elevation and a new internal bathroom) to allow for removal of need for obscure glazing to north elevation window and installation of 3 part sliding door to north elevation.
