Prune trees as per application (1-5) to the boundary with 3B Woodhill Road

Prune vegetation for access to the Langford Sewage Pump to crown lift both sides to 4.5m Crown lift on eastern boundary of the SPS site 5m in height in line with the boundary (hard prune/high coppice)

Non material amendment to application 22/P/1508/R3 (Application to vary condition 12 (landscape) attached to planning permission 20/P/0605/R3 (erection of an up to 85 place, single storey Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties School (use class D1) for 3yrs to 19yrs including classrooms, recreation hall, dining hall, hydro-therapy pool and therapy rooms plus external play areas, parking and amenity space) to allow for additional trees to be removed.), for the removal of 2no. trees (T116 and Hawthorn close to Northern Boundary of the site) which are shown as retained on the current approved plans. Plus other minor location alterations of new trees.

T1 Laurel - reduce to boundary line; T2-T4 Holm Oak - coppice; T5 Yew - trim; T6 Ash - fell; T7 Holm Oak - reduce side over property; T8 conifer - reduce by 1/3rd

Erection of 3no. dwellings and associated works, following demolition of existing dwelling and garage, removal and replacement of trees, and alternations to boundary treatments.

Beech in the north west corner of the plot (T4 on the TPO sketch) - 2m crown reduction to ensure 2 metre clearance from building and back to the boundary line with neighbours (2 ash hayes rd and 53 station road); 2. Monterey Cypress in south east corner of the plot (T2 on the TPO sketch) - limb pruning of the side facing the property/driveway (west/north sides) to ensure 2 metre clearance from buildings.

Leyland Cypress - reduce to their previous trim; We will prune back the sides without spoiling them; Eucalypus at rear of property - Fell to patio level; Irish and Common Yew to the side of the property - trim back over the wall and remove dead branches in the common yew; Judas Tree - remove dead branches; Robinia - fell to approx 6 feet; Laurel - along the boundary of the property - prune back to lawn edge. - Leylandi - there are several tall trees at the front of the property which now overhang the pavement. These have been reduced in the past but have now bulked out again. The trees need to be reduced to their previous trim. We will prune back the sides without spoiling them. - Eucalypus Tree at rear of property. This large tree is now dangerously close to the house having grown tall and started to lean. Fell to patio level. - Irish and Common Yew - to the side of the property. Trim back over the wall and remove dead branches in the common yew. - Judas Tree - remove dead branches - Robinia Tree - Large compromised robinia is now hazardous to neighbouring property. Fell to approx 6 feet. - Laurel trees - along the boundary of the property. Prune back to lawn edge.

T1 - T4 - crown reduce by 1.5m; T5 Oak - reduce side over boundary by 1m
