Minor material amendment to permission 18/P/3209/MMA (Variation of conditions Nos. 2, 13 and 20 on application 15/P/2301/F (Redevelopment to provide 66 residential dwellings with associated public open space, play areas, internal road network, car and cycle parking, drainage including enlarged attenuation pond, landscaping and underground gas storage tank) to allow a revised plans and document list, a revised accommodation schedule and a revised landscape drawing. The amendment comprises re-siting of dwellings and reduction in the height of dwellings and increase in size of garages to meet parking standards) to allow dwelling and garage style changes, dwelling footprints and individual garden boundary alterations.
