New windows, rooflights and external doors.) to retain the existing rear extension to the original building rather than modify it at first floor. This omits the balcony/roof terrace and alterations to the roof in this area. Internally these proposals change the internal layout by locating one of the bedrooms to the ground floor and creating a double height void above the living area. The number of bedrooms is unaltered as 3 bedrooms. The proposals also add a number of roof windows as shown on the roof plan for natural daylight and ventilation into the rear of the property. These have been located on the rear facing roofs where possible.
