Minor material amendment to vary condition 2 (approved plans) of permission 20/P/2243/FUL (Erection of 2No. detached dwellings in place of existing dwelling, detached garage and creation of new access) to allow changes to the design and layouts of the houses including: omission of front porches, alteration of fenestration layout on front and side elevations of both houses, alteration of garden boundary layouts and introduction of pergola in rear garden of House A (plot 2)
